Spring 2013 Training Begins!

Hey Everyone,

Hope you had a nice rest over the break, but now it's time to see who's been taking care of themselves. Practice starts Tuesday 2/20/2013 at 6:30, sharp. Boots on, ready to go by 6:30. If you want to play touch, be there early.

Practices this half will be characterized by high-intensity drills that are intended to build fitness. Be prepared for full-speed drills, and bring your mouthguards.

Push-ups... how to do them

We've been doing a few of these with every dropped ball. And we are dropping fewer balls, so that's good. What's bad is some people's form doing the push-up. Check out the article below for some improvements.
